For the Entry & Refresher level clinics, you must bring:

• $75.00 USSF Registration, Clinic, & Test Fee

• $10.00 RASO optional membership fee

• Check made out to ISRC for $75.00

• Add $5 if Grade 7 Recert Officials

• Social Security Number

• Bag lunch or lunch money
