2000 Board Elections – Gerry Hundt
- Following names were submitted by the nominating committee. No additional names were submitted from the floor. Each new board member was voted in unanimously.

December Minutes
- Approved with exception noted regarding recommendation made by Mike O on potential RASO camcoder purchase to aid in mentoring program.
Treasurer Report
- Dec 30 balance = $2,431.49 2000 Dues now! $25 regular $10 students See Sue
- Park District checks written, passed out, remainder included with this mailing. Questions: Call Gerry/Sue
- Nov referee clinic – 64 attended, 43 new RASO members – WELCOME All!

- New RASO website up and running, address listed above. Check it out regularly for up to date newsletter, events, calendar, availability sheets, tournament info, etc..
- Please go to website and register on the RASO E-mail Listbot
. This e-mail distribution list can be used by any registered member. We also will use it to notify you when the latest newsletter is posted.

Old Business
- Jan 23 RASO outing – 1:00 Lightning and 7:00 Ice Hogs, party in between the games. Details on the website. Call Bill Osborne now @ 229-5800 for any available tickets
New Business
- Recommendation to appoint committee for study on RASO purchased of camcorder. Camera use for mentoring program and any member interested in assessment / improvement. Subsidation monies available through IYSA / IWSL.
- Feb 1st 7:00 RASO meeting / education will include high school and college soccer coach participation. Please note time change and attend to participate in referee / coaches communication exchange.

- Entry / refresher clinic & test – Sat March 4: 9-6PM. Sun Mar 5: 9-5PM
- Refresher clinics – Sun March 19: 11-4:30PM, Sat April 15: 11-4:30PM, Physical fitness test available @ Guilford HS track 9:00 AM each day.
Jan 9 Executive Board Meeting Highlights
- 8 Executive board members will include 4 RASO board members plus rep from IHSA, USSF, AYSO, and Entertainment Chairman. Names next month.
- Exec board meeting will be first Sunday of every month, 7:00 ISC. Next meeting Sun Feb 6 @ 7:00
- President will put together educational calendar for the year
